- Maintenance of the document control system of the Company - Preparation, registration and approval of memos, orders, regulations, outgoing and incoming letters in Directum - Documents examination (provision of the documents’ correspondence to the internal requirements of the Company, correction of orthographical, punctuation and other errors, control over the presence of all necessary visas at the documents).

- Consecutive translation of the meetings arranged within the Company; -Written translation of memos, regulations, orders, instructions and other documents prepared in the Company; - Development of the Stakeholders’ Glossary to be used not only within the Company but also to be submitted for the translation agencies to be considered in work.
