As a CEO I'm responsible for doing lots of things, including: - Design (visual branding, web design) - Development (web app architecture, components, core logic) - Testing (I always try to find critical bugs before my client does that) - Sales (I know many things, helping me to do better at closing sales, that sales managers don't) - Recruiting (I search for the candidates and interview them) - Strategy (the strategy my agency goes is up to me) - Marketing (ideas, texts, advertisements, analytics)

I was responsible for ensuring the efficiency and smooth operation of IT infrastructure, data security policies formulation and management, supplier contract negotiations and relationship formation, technical documentation, budgetary control, legislative compliance, server and infrastructure architecture management, Service Desk management, IP-PBX administration, access control system and many more.

I was responsible for: managing the project lifecycle: costs, time , risks and integrations, handling and monitoring of IT Service Desk and Service Delivery functions, supervision for sub-contractors, technical documentation development for internal and external projects, IT staff training, advertising and presentation materials.
