Founded an engineering consulting and services startup for business processes and operations in global trading.

Leading digital transformation across SAP ERP/PLM and CPQ, from requirements engineering to solution design. I connect business, IT, and external partners through workshops, BPMN/UML process design, and Scrum/Kanban delivery, integrate CPQ, SAP ERP, CRM, and SQL systems, and drive adoption through UAT, training, and documentation.

Drove product development from concept to serial production. Automated CAD and document workflows with VB.NET and C#.NET, built CPQ solutions to streamline manufacturing, and led technical consulting for special machine and engineering projects.

As deputy to the Head of Design, led the team and coordinated projects across customers, suppliers, project management, and manufacturing. Built a product configurator that automates machine design from 3D models to technical documentation, eliminating manual engineering work and giving sales a direct interface for standard designs. Trained and onboarded design staff on technical skills.

Designed and built a prototype of an optimized infrared radiation system for automotive testing, reducing cost while improving structural stability and thermal performance. Automated machine design using product configurator principles, cutting development time for future projects from about 5 days to a few minutes. Rewarded with a grade of 1.3/4.0 (1.0 being the highest) for my Master Thesis for extraordinary work on the optimization and automation.

During my internship in the research and design department, I created technical documentation for special machinery used in automotive testing and learned the German work culture and ethics that shaped my later career. My performance earned me a research project for my Master's thesis.

Developed an educational home automation model, combining a wooden house prototype, a breadboard test circuit, and a PLC programmed in ladder logic for my Master's curriculum. The model simulated automated lighting, kitchen safety, and window security systems, and was lter adopted as a demo model for students at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences.

Helped design and build a human-powered propulsion system for an international submarine race through my involvement with the Submarine team at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences. Modeled the base, mechanism frame, chain drive system, and pitch limiters in SolidWorks, then validated their structural suitability with Ansys Workbench.

Designed and built many manual robots for various common day-to-day applications. Many merit achievements in several national competitions for Robotics.

Worked on inefficiencies of an engine as part of my Bachelors Thesis. Reduced engine oil consumption approximately by 15 times after replacing faulty piston rings in a serial production of engines.

My first experience in a professional role, learned how an R&D team functions. Gained firsthand experience in emission and consumption testing on engines used for Marine applications and Heavy vehicles.

Engineering Basics in Thermodynamics, Heat and Mass Transfer, Mathematics, Power drive, Automotive systems etc. Developed many manual robots for national technical competitions. Built a 4 wheel cycle from junk for a two day national competition in 4 wheel cycle football.
