Lead and curate programmes that encourage empathy within the community. 6 human libraries, 4 simulations and various talks to date. Design marketing collateral and newsletters.

Recruitment and management of over 200 volunteers. Production of marketing materials for volunteer outreach, awareness and recruitment. Regular engagement and liase with stakeholders. Raised $20,000 for Lee Ah Mooi Home and Alzheimer's Disease Association.

Taught English and Social Studies to various Secondary 3 classes. Engaged in planning and running of after-school activities.

Initiated and planned one local and one overseas community project with a team of 11. Local Project: TOUCHPREP Primary 1 Readiness Programme Designed and conducted a 5-session educational programme to equip underprivileged pre-schoolers with phonetic and reading skills. Overseas Project: Energy for Cambodia Designed and executed project that brought Solar Home Systems to 7 families on the island of Koh Phdao, Cambodia.

Conducted research and literature review to evaluate current measures to assist low-income families. Engaged with relevant beneficiaries to assist the development of the Short-Medium Term Assistance scheme that was implemented in July 2014.

Facilitated and conducted school programmes for students in areas of leadership, project management, service learning, etc. Mentored at-risk youths. Planned, developed and produced programme content and materials.
