. Led the customer understanding and concept development process within a multidisciplinary team of the Project Illuminate. . Identified a new business opportunity within the airports’ sub-segment, under the “Light beyond illumination” concept that is guiding the current strategic shift of Philips.

. Led the development of the workshop-based Culture of Innovation programme -flagship project of the Digital Media & Innovation department-, “The Innovation Factory”. . Facilitated the bank’s employees to redesign their internal processes. . Achieved a “demand-pull” delivery of the workshops at national level, thanks to the word-of-mouth; hence we reduced the need for a “push” promotional strategy and increased from 3 to 10 factories in 2 months.

The observatory itself has an evaluation tool that is used to review the quality of each building project. This evaluation tool was based on certain indicators that were not useful enough to identify where the problems were and how could them be improved for the future projects. I developed a process of observation and analysis with real residents of finished social housings that reviewed the indicators and made them more useful with their feedbacks.

Due to the building of a new headquarter of this university, the University of Los Andes developed a consultancy project where I worked as a Research Assistant, making a fieldwork and proposing the new communication strategy for the university "Fundación Universitaria Unipanamericana - Compensar", built according to the needs, motivations and ambitions that the university itself, and the current, plus the future, students had.
