As a waitress I have to ensure a high quality customer experience. I have learned to sustain excellent work standards under stress.

In the restaurant I was responsible for the preparation and selling of ice-cream on time, so I have learned to work cleanly and quickly in a certain time window. I was also responsible for the operation of the cash register and the stock keeping of the ice-cream in the sales area, giving me good organization skills.

One of my tasks was the organizing and summarizing of international documents, involving different language skills on an international level. I was also responsible for the research of international media advertising in the internet as well as to translate special tasks in different languages. I was also responsible for the creation and the check of internet media advertising pages, where I had to create key words and phrase for different campaigns. Furthermore I had to create small articles in German.

As a hostess at an international German gymnastics festival I was responsible for the care of VIPs as well as the athletes. I also worked at a reception at the Hotel Radisson SAS where I had to give daily information to the athletes and the guests, utilizing my good communication and organizations skills.
