Be it collaboration with Adaptive Organization in RBI, supporting setup of Agile projects, helping Scrum teams, introducing Kanban to manage flow, or any other initiative that supports us in working closer and better together, the focus will always be on improving communication, fostering cooperation between IT and Business and delivering meaningful results to RBI Group.

Main responsible end-to-end for GCPP (Group Customer and Product Profitability) Service Lifecycle • Defining the Service with the customer (eg. Serv.Description, Serv.Levels) as part of the SLA • Monitoring service delivery and customer satisfaction in line with SLA • Resolving issues that may arise within the team or any external party • Triggering and implementing improvement measures • Insuring necessary staff is available, trained and capable to operate GCPP applications • SPOC for the GCPP Service

• Responsible for smooth operation of all applications belonging to the GCPP Service • Responsible for supporting users (User Support, Incident- and Problem- Management) • Maintaining the environments and working together with other colleagues supporting the application • Working in close cooperation with the units/departments which deliver data to the solution • Resolving problems during the load and data processing (in cooperation with IT Operations) • Preparation of service for Service Management
