Performed factory acceptance test for UF MODULES and T-RACK for 8 modules out of 1680 modules with reference document DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. My responsibilities were to test Raw material certificates, membrane burst and collapse pressure tests, permeability tests, pressure decay tests, dimension check before and after welding, and visual check for the membrane. And finally, generate the final report with Non-conformities details if there are any.

My role was to perform the functional and final tests for the Rotary feeder in accordance to EN 10204/ 3.1 standard. In the functional test, I performed the specification test for the component CFH 250 and CFH 500 observing the pressure of the component according to the manufacturer's specification and standards. And in the final test I performed visual test, completeness and layer thickness measurement of the component.

Performed factory acceptance test for Cold Shrink Compact Joints For MV Cables in accordance with GSCC004 Rev 3 document. My responsibilities were to perform Visual Inspection, Accessory Manufacturing specification check, Accessory Assembly check, Power frequency withstand test, and Partial discharge test at ambient temperature. And finally, generate final report with Non-Comformities if there were any.

I have worked as an NDT Level II inspector for a year. My responsibilities were to calibrate NDT test equipment, conduct test to ensure quality, and detect flaws in casting, welding, and other industrial components. Apart from testing quality assurance, quality control and report writing was also part of my job, and ensuring to collecting all the data’s, defining and controlling the inspection according to standards and documenting all the processes.
