Assisted (50%) the human resource development team by scheduling and organizing workshops for leaders and employees in the R&D Tires division and analyzing results of these workshops. Also provided assistance (50%) in further recruitment of interns and trainees to the Tire Trainee Program by monitoring assessment centers and results.

General assistant and support to financial department of hotel. Directly assisted the Director of Finances of the hotel by organizing research, composing reports, and understanding the main components and dynamics of hotel management. Being the first international intern of the hotel, I took the initiative to create a presentation and handbook for all of the future interns of the division, providing them with a detailed introduction to the functions of a financial division of a large 5-star hotel.
