Developed an end to end troubleshooting engine for the Huawei tripple play (IPTV, VoIP, and HSI) aimed to diagnoze/isolate Call Center faults and reduce truck rolls. Delivered the rules, probes and KPIs (video, voice and data) for the end to end troubleshooting and diagnosing system. Provided an initial idea and a Proof of Concept of a home management system for non TR-069 devices behind GPON ONT.

Provided technical lead, architectural inputs, integration expertise, and end-to-end system testing supporting new IPTV product launch and after-lauch operation. Discovered, isolated, and investigated highly complicated issues between the components of the Vodafone IPTV system, significantly impacting the bottom-line and customers video experience. Provided demo of live/VOD streaming to iPhone/iPad.

Led the Motorola IPTV solution integration from an initial design to proof of concept, and a fully functional end to end system. Coordinated the 3rd parties ecosystem vendors, Motorola business units, and development to align to the solution architecture requirements. Demonstrated advanced Timeshift TV services for the first time to the Turkish operators. Initiated the end to end Service Assurance and SOA inside the SI organization to enhance the user experience and reduce costs/time to market.

Implemented various IT / telecommunications projects from conception to implementation. Architected the Vodafone ATMAS centralize management solution from developing proof of concepts and proposals to full deployment. Drove various Nortel IPTV initiative as part of IPTV EMEA team.

Led one of the Romanian Railways Data Center consisting of a team of 50 IT employees to support various IT projects, functions, and strategic initiatives. Coordinated the IT operations planning, staffing, budgeting, and operational efforts to support the organization technology needs.
