 Design and develop a wide range of molds, dies and fixtures.  Develop and improve customer’s products in order to achieve optimum product design and tolerances.  Coordinating all project stages, from design to delivery.

 Based on my professional background I started my own company in the engineering field and I provide Design Services and Engineering Consultancy.

-Coordinating and managing the CAD-CAM Department. -Managing all company's projects in terms of technical consultancy to the clients. -Assigning projects and responsibilities to each team member. -Collaborating with Production Department in order to meet customers' standards. -In parallel, the Design Engineer responsibilities still ongoing. -Providing know-how exchange and experience to Schulte und Schmidt colleagues from Germany.

-Drafting the technical solution for the customers and elaborating price offers. -Designing the complete 3D and 2D mold using SolidWorks. -Designing from scratck/Design Improvemen for Mass Production of Customer's Poducts -Designing a wide range of molds, such as: High Pressure Die Casting, Plastic Injection, Polyurethane Injection, Gravitation Casting, Die, Thermoforming, 3D Control Devices, Manufacturing Fixtures. -Monitoring all project's execution stages.

-Developing different projects in the advertising and construction field. -Preparing the parts for the milling process (2D representation of the part contour and of the bending lines). -Obtaining CNC programs for different parts of the CAD project. -Optimization of the consumed materials and of the execution time. -Elaborating the detailed program files for the CNC operators.
