Achievements - Introduced REST APIs integration with third party apps for Bill Management Self-service portal. REST APIs solution helped customers to integrate with existing partner/legacy systems thereby help increase recurring revenue. - functional design for Oracle PaaS subscription account metrics and API support to create and manage SaaS subscriptions.

Identified two important customer issues and made the necessary design changes for two important features. Post changes, 1. Customers are able to avoid timeout error while uploading huge files. 2. Prepared a feature to be delivered which would cut down Support teamwork by 15%. 3. Updated existing UI to responsive UI adhering to new standards at Oracle HCM.
