The objective of this internship is to develop an Active Resonant DC Circuit Breaker prototype. The design and development tasks were carried out using LTspice and EAGLE software.

As a student research assistant, I have to conduct experiments in the lab and also develop Matlab model pertaining to specific projects or tasks. Tasks:  PCB design and implementation of signal interface board for Semikron inverter  Conducting experiments for harmonic analysis of LED lamps using NSG 1007 AC source and ZES Zimmer power analyzer

During this tenure, I was responsible for the development of a standalone data-logger system for meteorological instruments. Software development using Arduino platform.

As a Jr. Manager, I was responsible for the installation, commissioning, and testing of Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) automation packages. Tasks:  Commissioning and testing of LT-systems, such as motor control center (MCC), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and LT-Panels  Installation and testing of RTDs and flow meters  Installation of PLCs and remote I/O panels and performing I/O loop tesing  Involved in setting up Level-1 and Level-2 automation for EAF department

As a graduate engineering trainee, I was responsible for the installation and testing of process instruments for EAF area. PLC and RIO systems installation and signal loop testing was also carried out during this period.
