• Worked with different teams across the enterprise to understand their monitoring needs including applications, servers, virtual machines, databases, storage, firewall, network and integrated their application/system alerts/logs to various event management systems there by enabling auto notifications/ ticketing mechanism and also correlating alerts to identify the root cause events

• Worked on Netcool rules file clean up to fix issues with de-duplication and alarm clearing. • Worked on Netcool Upgrade from Omnibus v7.2.1 to 7.3.1 and added an extra tier for high availability. Ericsson Mobile Service Delivery Platform (Dec-2011 to March-2013) • Implemented grouping correlation which would help in reducing duplicate tickets for same issue. • Implemented Node level resynchronization after maintenance, to recollect alerts from Ericsson Network Manager.

Telecom OSS for Telefonica O2: • Involved in requirements gathering, analysis, design and development on Netcool Omnibus, WebGUI and Impact Java Developer, Honeywell: • Involved in Requirement gathering, database modeling and developing a website for tracking order management using Java Struts framework.

Oracle DBA and D2K Developer: • Developed forms and reports using Oracle D2K. • Oracle Database administration and maintenance.
