- Code review based on the coding standards set, verify business logic implemented and finally check whether the requirement meets acceptance criteria for the given user story - As a core backend engineer, I spend most of the time building RESTful apis which outputs JSON for our platform using php ,mysql, laravel and java spring boot. Also, used Docker, GIT, PHPSTORM, ECLIPSE, Hiedisql in our linux environment

- I am a core senior developer responsible for accomplishment of assigned tickets in JIRA as per the committed estimates with respect to sprint. - Involved in sprint grooming like understanding requirements and estimating the tasks in story points and hours. - Involved in reviewing code such that code is maintainable and impose better performance techniques and also meet the coding standards already set by client. - In our linux environment we have used Vagrant , GIT , PHPSTORM , php , mysql etc

- Conducted Scrum daily standup, product backlog, sprint planning, sprint demo/review & sprint retrospective meetings. - Determined the team capacity (velocity) from historical data. Created Work Break down structure (user stories) and corresponding activities (tasks). - Monitored the project progress and radiated the information to stake holders. Identified and mitigated team risks and impediments (Blocking Issues, Critical Defects) on daily basis.

- Majorly responsible in mentoring and monitoring team such that I drive team to deliver quality code . code reviews , resolving technical blockers and working on requirement clarity represents my role. - Involved in requirement gathering of the enhancements/forms from product team - Also involved in developmental activities along with the team and 40% of my time is spent on development like any R&D issues or major production blockers .
