As a Research Associate, I am part of search projects from kick-off to closing, including research, sourcing and interviewing candidates. Meticulously maintaining data quality and having an eye for detail while being fast is one of the main tasks I am able to strengthen at HIEC. H.I. Executive Consulting (HIEC) is a leading global executive search firm focused on hiring Board and C-level executives globally. To date, we have 13 offices across the US, Europe and Asia.

As Research Specialist I was part of two big market research projects in the automotive branch. The ability to work quickly but also meticulously was one of the major aspects I learnt during my time at Infraquest. The close collaboration with TNS Kantar gave me valuable insights into the processes of global matrix organisations.

At Astron Communication I was a member of a short term project team for a European Automotive Manufacturer. Executing around 200 cold calls a day, the role helped me gain confidence in approaching possible clients. I quickly learnt certain sales strategies in order to gain more clients and convince them of the product. Dealing with all sorts of reactions to cold calls, I deepened my communication and customer orientation skills.

The internship was located in the shopper panel of GfK and mainly focused on FMCG. From desk research over checking data to doing my own internship project with a well-known retailer, it gave me an insight into every step of the market research process. GfK is Germany's largest market research institute and the fourth largest market research organisation in the world.

During my internship, I was responsible to do research on cities, regions, landmarks, events etc., that later were added to the network. On top of that, I wrote articles about clients, events or the regions they were from.
