* legal consulting on corporate, civil, labour, regulatory, public procurements, anticorruption, personal data protection and information confidentiality, real estate and land lease issues for leading Ukrainian and international companies in the spheres of IT, nutrition, energy, metal industries, sale of motor vehicles parts, petrochemicals, retail etc.; * provision of full-time support to clients within the projects’ life-cycle, in terms of communication, scope, time, cost, risks and change management

* claims work: drafting claims to counterparties, courts and arbitration; * drafting and translation (English/ Ukrainian) of agreements; * maintenance of company’s court cases and intellectual property items registers and division’s correspondence.
