Developing marketing strategy, price range, budgets and forecasting. Responsible for negotiations with Clients and Suppliers for prices, delivery terms and payment terms. Managing the business and the relationship with the Key Customers. Responsible for the employment, training and promotion of staff, as well as target figures and bonus systems.

Determination of material requirements and planning of the material streamsin accordance with the Production Department’ needs. Negotiations with suppliers for prices, sales terms and delivery conditions. Organization of the smooth workflow in the Logistics Department. Management of staff in the department.

Responsible to the Management Board for the operation of the stores in Bulgaria. Ensures the realization of economic indicators and sales objectives such as turnover, labor costs, inventory losses, expired products, etc. Responsible for devising an internal code of conduct; plans working processes and staff organization.
