After completing my master degree I kept working on my master's thesis project: "Study of the interactions of intermetallic thin films of Ti-Me (Me = Al, Au, Ag and Cu) with biological systems, with the purpose of functionalization of polymer-type electrodes/sensors for biomedical devices". My main goal on the project was to analise the thin film's toxicity in keratinocytes and human fibroblasts.

During the internship my main goal was to develop an animal model of colorectal cancer in order to get a better perception of tumor progression in the colon and rectum. Aditionally I also did In vivo tests for other projects.
