Victoria Marshall

Currently the Head of Business Development for PopShack, we're a young company that develop artists. My role is to look at strategic relationships for the business within the UK and pan-European markets.

Primary responsibility was managing a host of bloggers, vloggers and photographers to ensure a high quality in-house content was being generated. The role also included UGC and community management. I managed a team of internationals in parallel with my role at Maryme to ensure consistency of content for the UK, US, French, Italian and Spanish markets.

Responsible for the development and launch of all international websites within the company. Between September and December 2011, my team (ca 20 people) and I launched 16 websites for the US and European markets resulting in an increase in company profits.
