To provide secretarial duties and administrative support to the Master and Deputy Captain ensuring that confidentiality and discretion is maintained at all times Co-ordination of meetings; Preparing & distribution of reports, appraisals and disciplinaries; Correspondence with guests, answering letters and requests; Organizing interviews and social functions
