Worked on High, Medium and Low priority incidents , Change requests, Problem requests, SRFC's, Maintenance requests, SAP Upgrade issues, User acceptance testing, creating Unit Test Documents , System Integration documents, Modifying Function Design Documents and Technical Design Documents as per the client requirements. Analyzing statistical performance and passing on recommendations for improvement to support.

Role Description : Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date My key work areas include SAP ERP, SAP ABAP, SAP ISU , SAP IS-U FICA and SAP Utilities Billing and Invoicing.

Successfully completed my Greenfield Training - SAP ABAP ( Advance Business Application Programming).

Successfully completed my In-Plant training at PSG Industrial Institute for a period of about more than 4 years and various other industries as well in partial fulfillment of the requirement of the Bachelor of Engineering degree in PRODUCTION ENGINEERING branch under Sandwich pattern for the period 2009-2014. Underwent almost 2000 hours of Industrial Training in Heavy Engineering Division,CNC Machining Centre, Production,Assembly of Lathe and Non Traditional machining process.

Worked in the Low Pressure division of Wheels India Limited for 3 months. Gained enough knowledge about the entire process involved in manufacturing Wheel rims for commercial Vehicles. My key responsibility was to optimize the process of Wheel Rim Air Leak Testing Machine by applying optimization methods.

During my In-plant training at Hyundai,i was able to explore the entire industrial functioning for the initial days. Later i was assigned to learn the manufacturing process from the beginning stage to the final phase where in the entire car has been assembled and ready to roll out.
