Key Responsibilities: • E2E process responsibility for new products announcements from customer fulfillment perspective, review of product announcement documents, communication and negotiation with product development teams and product managers, advice function for other internal customers • process management – improvement and redesign (lean six sigma methodology) • Project Lead in Lean Six Sigma project (green belt) for ordering process improvement with main aim to reduce number of failed orders
