Established QA and Operations teams for Sysnet in Hyderabad, India. Managed these teams with understanding Business Requirements, Creating Test Plans and Test Cases, writing Bug Reports, creating Gap Analysis reports, Managing Production Releases, Monitoring Production site outages and Incident Reports along with usual Team Management activities in PCI DSS domain.

Managed corporate and in-house training projects for clients like Cognizant and Accenture at several locations in India. Initiated creation of new course content and transfer of the existing course content in to e-learning.

The main focus was Games testing and support/management of the team and Clients during the process. Initiated Bug life cycle and Product knowledge training for employees which resulted in over 10% drop in reporting of duplicate and invalid bugs.

Started as a QA Tester with responsibilities to write test cases and bug reports. Was promoted to Mentor to guide a group of people within the team & then to Team Lead to manage the team and different Game testing projects. Lead a team of over 40 people across 2 shifts. Managed team management activities such as Assignment of tasks, Team meetings, Client meetings, Appraisals, Constructive feedback to employees, Reporting etc.
