• Investigating security threats using SIEM tool, raising incidents and providing recommendation steps for resolution of such issues to the concerned teams. • Monitoring logs from different log sources and security devices (IPS, Firewall, AV,IDS,FIM,DLP etc.) and detecting suspicious/malicious activities, vulnerabilities found on customer network. • Phishing emails Analysis. • Creating a security report for Phishing Campaign. • Static and Dynamic Malware Analysis on Malicious E-mail attachment.

• Planning and understanding maintenance upgrades. • Maintaining records of software licenses. • Resolving system error tickets raised by users.
