Strategy: Developing the strategic vision and taking ownership of the department’s long-term roadmap. Software Architecture: Conceptualization and development of web and AI architectures for cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premises environments. Process Optimization: Managing the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and implementing modern engineering practices.

Leading technical projects from technical concept phase to final customer delivery. Mastering Backend development with PHP, Laravel, TYPO3 and YII, including Docker and AWS infrastructure on one side. Managing project team and communication with a customer on the other side.

Making a way into technical self-improvement with learning and adopting new features in appropriate projects. Tending to take overview and control over complete process, when an interaction with a team is needed.

Team management by Scrum methodology, workflow setup using code replication and Git, creation of deployment strategy, development of software architecture, code review.
