HMI development using EB GUide Studio: • Creation of different features e.g. infotainment, navigation, audio, phone, HUD. which are part of car clusters • Underlying graphics function - used to handle LIN for buttons and MOST for navigation, audio, phone and managed (displayed) on cluster by means of HMI development • Using interfaces ans scripts HMI is the commanding point from one side and from the other it is external interfaces like buttons, Bluetooth, phone.• Integration tests writing and running.

Writing of Software Requirement Specifications: • Writing of system and technical requirements which are going to be observed from the programmers when coding • Requirements for validation (QA) and development team • Using DOORS – requirement management tool • Take care for coverage and traceability of requirements using Reqtify tool • Review and document preparation of hardware and software specifications, electronic schemes of circuit boards reading

Validator responsibilities: • Validating of a Battery Management System for HYBRID Automotive unit of Johnson Controls Electronics • Test cases preparation and execution in compliance with software and hardware specifications written by the requirement engineer • Test cases writing using Microsoft Visual C++ • Creating of Test case reports in XML format • Working with test benches • Working with oscilloscope, digital and analogue I/O boards (National Instruments)
