• Working with Sales Team as their Finance Business Partner to support short term strategies, including NPD and base business • Provide insight and sound judgement to commercial decisions to drive sales and profit improvement • Analyze and understand monthly results and ensure business partners are regularly updated on performance and full year forecasts • Support completion of the annual budget, as well as forecast and re-estimate • Play an active role in the monthly S&OP cycle

• Oversee country Finance Managers to provide timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and other financial analyses to Regional Office and Headquarter. • Provide oversight and guidance in all financial matters pertaining to the country office including proper recording of accounting transactions, budgeting, reporting, grants administration and procurement. • Review financial statements, audit reports, donor contracts and contract summary.

• Provide global sales performance report for CEO, Vice Presidents, Executive Board members on a daily basis, including in depth analysis • Develop global templates for various sales performance analysis • Track and analyse equity analyst reports and commentary on ABInbev and peers. • Maintain and update Investor Relations Database of equity and debt analysts, investors, and other financial community contacts.

• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of sales in marketing dashboards that visualize key performance indicators in clear concise summaries. • Derived from databases, determine and report on key performance indicators that are driving sales performance. • Analyse sales performance compared to forecasted goals and budgeted activity. • Prepare various presentations for the Finance Director.
