• Programme Management working in the field of ICT for Sustainable Growth (FP7/CIP) and ICT for eGovernment: full monitoring of the project life cycle: evaluation, negotiation, performance monitoring and controlling, technical and financial reviews as well as financing and closing; using PRINCE 2 methodology, in average at a time monitored and controlled 12 projects for about 20 M€.
