• Start-up of the subsidiary in Brazil, developing and implementing all the features and channels of sales, logistics and import processes, ERP, BI, accounting, reporting and creation of technical skills to support the installed base of customers • Deployment and management of distribution channels in several states of Brazil, involving salesmen, representatives, distributors and integrators • Business planning, sales strategies and achievement of the financial and marketing objectives

• Responsible for managing the sales, involving projects, channels, in addition to have direct participation in the strategy selection, recruiting and training new employees, as well as tactical and strategic planning • Presentation of the Annual Sales Plan for the managing board, systematic analysis of performance, as well as the development of a complete study regarding the distribution market in Sao Paulo state

• Preparation and participation in trade fairs, meetings and workshops, in addition to managing corporate events • Development and implementation of promotional campaigns and internal marketing valuing all sales channels • Managing of gross margins of products and prices lists definition • Strategic relationship with company headquarter and negotiation with international suppliers
