Creating CAD data of seating plastic component and making it feasible for DFM,DFA. Part like side/front shield, pivot coves, inner cover , plastic back panel/cover etc Study the received input surface for tooling and manufacturing feasibility as requirements Create study for interference, meet to metal, gap and flush conduction creating parts with parametric history and drawing Interacting with customer/supplier for necessary. Maintaining data in team center as per requirements.

Analysis of input data for DFM to proposed mold direction. • Creating close volume from input data, maintaining uniform wall thickness throughout the part, creating engineering features like Snap, Locator, Clip tower, Preparing and Checking BO M for mold, releasing data for machining to create mold parts like core and cavity for milling, EDM, wire cut and inspection purpose • Preparing and Checking Tool design check list as per design norms.
