I participated in more than 30 M&A/fund raising deals in various industries. I am responsible for leading the business valuations and I am involved in all aspects of the transaction process. I manage deals from A to Z, all the way from the target approach to the negotiation and to the investment agreement signature. At the same time, my role is to generate M&A ideas by determining the potential growth markets. By developing an effective screening process, I originate deals by identifying relevant targets.
