• Focused on management of 4 recurrent originators’ structured finance deals and master servicing agreements, and generating at lease operations with 3 more. • Engaged IT, Operations and Risk Teams to develop more efficient administration processes and 2 new tools for master servicing product. • Developed a risk/profitability surveillance methodology for 2 private portfolios, funded by Commercial Banks (Santander/Banorte) and Governmental Institutions (INFONAVIT).

From Analyst to Associate Director for Financial Institutions and Structured Finance Ratings • Led as an Analyst and committee voting member for +60 Latin America Financial Institutions and Structured Finance rating processes. o Designed a unique Colombian mortgage prepayment methodology. o Dealt with the opposition of regulator and +20 rated entities due to changes on rating methodologies, during Fitch Ratings and Duff & Phelps M&A (2009).
