Own the German go-to-market for a CAE/FEA/CFD engineering services firm: built the target-company list and run the cold-outreach programme that opens conversations and secures appointments. Built Excel-based tracking tools that turn outreach activity into pipeline reporting for management reviews. Coordinate between the technical and commercial sides so proposals match what German clients actually need.

Building the club's operational data-collection process: bringing member, payment and activity records into one structured, reviewable format. Maintaining and reviewing that data in Excel so management can see how the club is actually running.

Owned the nonconformance and CAPA process in ISO 9001 series production: root-cause analysis through to effectiveness verification. Carried out incoming and in-process inspection of compression-moulded UHMWPE pump components, hydraulic performance testing of centrifugal pumps and dye-penetrant (DP) inspection. Built and reported quality KPIs; supported internal audits, product release and complaint handling.

Researched the microstructure of friction-stir additively manufactured Al–Si–Mg aluminium alloy, preparing specimens by Wire EDM. Assessed structure–property relationships through Brinell hardness testing and optical microscopy, documented in formal lab reports.
