Financial director of Lafarge SA and thirty multi-countries Holdings, with the following main missions: - Establish the statutory accounts according to local regulations (France, Cyprus, Singapore) - Ensure the reporting to the mother company in Switzerland (actual and budget) - Support the changes in organization and systems following the merger between Lafarge & Holcim - Simplify the Holdings scope by 30%

In the pre-merger context with the Holcim Group: - Analyse central costs for the synergies calculation - Prepare the change in the financial processes according to the new organization Prior to the merger, participate to cost reduction target projects through the rationalisation of spendings and the identification & sharing of good practices.

- Participate to the implementation of the « Sarbanes Oxley » internal control project - Ensure internal control activities are embedded in the day to day business

- Ensure the consolidation of the accounts for germanspeaking countries and for the roofing activity - Produce the Sales and Volumes Group report - Support the application change on the Web (HFM - Oracle)
