• Led Executive Dashboard project that provided HR data and metrics to over 600 Executives and Managers in BMO, using Tableau and PeopleSoft Query. • Collected Business Requirements, created documentation and built the working model for consolidation of 200 HR Legacy Reports. • Documented workflow for processing Ad-hoc reports.
