Responsible for strategy, roadmap and future definition of Content Collaboration technologies (like SharePoint On-Premises, SharePoint Online, O365 OneDrive for Business ...) through their lifecycle. Defining the vision based on the market conditions/customer demands and work cross-functionally with business and technology teams to deliver that vision. Configuration Item Owner with the associated authority to represent the technology within the group and outside.

Responsible (asset owner) for all SharePoint farms, senior farm administrator and IT architect: availability, performance, security, including operations and support. Main SharePoint contact for other IT teams (security, infrastructure, mobility, messaging, database, development, testing). Creating and maintaining the BCG SharePoint Platform roadmap and budget. The leader of the BCG SharePoint technical team (organize the team, keep the team motivated, ensure equal exposure and growth).
