- Responsible for the administration of the on-boarding process of employees in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Main tasks include data registration in HRMS, pre-screening of new employees and creating contract letters. - This role requires a high attention to detail and the responsibility of working with sensitive information and legal documents. -Assisted in the transition and implementation of a new documentation management system. Responsibilities included correction and updating of migrated documents in Oxygen XML editor. -Extensive graphic creation and correction using both MS Visio and Corel Designer graphic software. -Internal tool development testing and evaluation. -Participated in the Leadership Development Toolkit project with providing advice on implementing the company's graphic guidelines
