- Led & managed a team of testers, junior business analysts & functional team members which worked across all phases of the software development life cycle. - Responsible for gathering system requirements, creating design specifications, business process modeling, scope & issue management, fit-gap assessment, creating high level designs & functional designs, identifying design gaps, developing use cases, monitoring & reporting of key metrics, and product demonstrations.

- Primary role in functional test planning-preparation-execution. Worked on different types of testing - Functional (Integration, Regression, System, End-to-End & UAT) and Non-Functional (Performance/Load). - Key POC for functional areas in Pensions - Benefits, Contributions, Health, Financials
