Heading the entire gamut of Activities for India Operations, which Included Setting up the office, Contracting with all Hotel Chains for Incoming Business, Setting up an Outgoing Department for Egypt and Turkey, Channel Partners, Marketing Plans and Ensuring that we start Grabbing a Market Share in Business from India to Egypt.

Heading the International Sales for Germany, Holland, Austria, Scandinavia and Poland. Was responsible for generating Business from these Conutries to India, Nepal and Bhutan

The job involved setting up their tours department with specific emphasis on Inbound Operations (International Marketing) and Streamlining the Operations by training the staff in all aspects of Operations i.e. from the first booking received, Itinerary Planning, Suggesting Hotels, Costing, booking of Hotels, Transportation and Guide’s, Airline & Railway Seats, doing Follow ups with Hotels and Associate Offices/Agents and tracking of Clients progress and getting a feedback while he/she was on the Tour.
