Achievement: • Initiated a cost reduction activity by conducting a workshop and led the activity with cross-functional teams and reduced 7% of product costs. Activities: •Creation of designs, CAD models and production-ready drawings with CATIA V5- Surface •Support in product application design related items, investigation of packaging, developing FMEA’s, tolerances, confirmation of manufacturability and vehicle checks •Participation in quality assurance measures within the scope of APQP, D-FMEA, P-FMEA
