Duties and Skills. • Documenting takt time for the each component in universal joint (UJ) cell. • Preparing Yamazumi chart for each process for the same cell, and finding out plausible areas where takt time can be reduced. • Analyzing and improving the current state of the UJ cell using value stream mapping. • PowerPoint presentation of daily findings to the supervisor. Achievements. • Reduction of 10 seconds in total time required for one component to process.

Duties and Skills. • Reviewing work orders and discussing the problems with superior, inspecting damaged components in engine and suspension bay. • Ordering the components needed for the repair, assisting bay supervisor with his repair works. • Final inspection, completing job report. Achievements. • Successfully inspected and repaired over 30 engines.
