Introduced logical and physical data model for voice call data in existing communication surveillance data model, implemented physical data model on Apache Hive. Successfully optimized Hive views running on MapReduce engine to reduce the ingestion time by 50%. Led a data migration project from Teradata server to Teradata EDW server. Zero defect in migration of 115 ETL jobs and delivery excellence award from TCS India Account Head.

1) Understood implemented business rules in existing data pipelines and eloquently explained to business team and other stakeholders. 2) Worked with AbInitio and Microstrategy teams to create SQL based data pipelines and reports. 3) Worked on Teradata upgrades and outages and performance improvement of existing application.

Involved in the all phase of SDLC from requirement analysis to post production activities in datawarehouse development. Worked on Teradata utilities TPT, Fastload, Multiload, BTEQ to ingest or export the data. Created numerous SQL-based data pipelines, SPs and macros to ingest data into data warehouse and datamart with complex transformations and analytical SQL. Worked on conceptual and physical data model on Sybase Power Designer. Worked on performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries.
