Purchasing materials required for production following established purchasing policies and procedures. - Developing and understanding the supply system; keeping a good relationship with the suppliers; - Accomplishing the MRP (Material Planning System: giving new orders to the suppliers based on the existing demand and respecting the suppliers production time, following the evolution of the customer's request and ensuring the production materials, in due time; - Following and triggering the material order

- Baan ERP system management on demand / load / forecast / replenishment actions; -MRP Execution and Achievement on both Current Open Order Book and New Orders to Place - Timely escalation of material issues - Develop and understanding the relationship with the supply chain - Timely action of all engineering changes affecting project/customer - Stock Turns and Inventory Management - Supplier Performance on both Delivery and Service - Support special department for timely action of Quarantine Materials
