As a consultant of the Hungarian headquarter of Medicolink, I mainly work with recruitment. This involves : - Searching for potential candidates - Matching profiles according to employers’ requirements - Keep in touch with the candidates and inform them about the process - Creating candidate portfolios - Proactively organize screenings I have additional responsibilities, such as being the contact person for all our partner companies, and organizing team building events.
