Last 10 years as 2nd level Operations manager within B2B Service Delivery organization, responsibility to lead portion of a business unit for Shared & Dedicated ETH access usually for large and mid-size customers/vendors in the continental US. Span of control: variable, from small to large teams (35+ people), from entry-level to highly specialized workforce. Responsibility included optimization, effectiveness and overall increase of productivity.

Formerly held a Project Manager role for various MPLS/VPN products, then promoted to a Team Leader position and eventually for Manager/supervisory role where I was given option to open a new team of Proj Mgrs to support a function previously covered in US. I spent usually over 2 years in each role.

Project Manager for AVPN projects in MoW region, overlooking delivery of different technologies (Frame, ATM, Ethernet, PPP, MLPPP, VPN and MPLS) from order entry, through LEC circuit delivery to final activation of the service; managing several multicultural virtual team members to deliver the best-possible service to numerous accounts. Recognized by customers & colleagues twice in a year with the AT&T Service Hero Award for exceptional service.
