- Managing manufacturing sector for production of wiper systems - Organization of planning and execution team consist of 10 team members - Setting business plans with following headcount, budget and investments - Daily tracking of serial deliveries - Contributing to excellence in quality (0km, field incidents)

- Maintaining delivery performance of final products; - Leveling of production lines capacities; - Calculation of production cost necessary for quotation towards OEMs; - Increasing of production readiness and flexibility by enabling wider product portfolio; - Leading a team of 4 production planning engineers;

- Planning, coordination and supervision of production and engineering activities related to production of wiper systems; - Planning and optimization of workflow processes; - Capacity planning with high focus on increasing assembly line productivity and overall equipment efficiency; - Minimizing quality scrap rate, customer claims installing preventive and detective action; - Industry 4.0 solutions implementation and adaptation to existing production processes

-Coordination of production supervisors; -Coordination of entire shift production in Paint shop; -Ensuring functioning of WCM tools used and known in the shop; -Leading team off 3 directly (WC) and 68 (BC) indirectly responsible employees; -Leading a project within FCA Global Acadamy related to creation of new leadership model; -10 internal training days for communication skills and training "train the trainer";
