I worked on developing outbound voice robots for calls. The robot’s purpose was to monitor and update the knowledge of employees who directly interacted with customers. The robot was developed using Python, with SQL queries embedded in the code. This tool allowed the company to digitalize the knowledge monitoring process, saving, on average, 1 million RUB (around 10 thousand EUR) monthly by removing physical expenses and freeing up infrastructure space.
