- Led a team engaged in the development of the transportation stream for a spatial planning strategy in a metropolitan area of 1M+ residents, covering public transport, active mobility, and street design. - Delivered a Light Rail Transit (LRT) feasibility study for a city with a 1M+ population, evaluating different corridor alternatives, calculating operation costing, demand and revenue forecasting.

- Developed a warehousing optimisation strategy that improved inbound/outbound logistic processes and systems of the warehouse, resulting in substantial time and cost savings. - Prepared requests for quotations (RFQs), request for proposals (RFPs) and supported tenders, helping secure major clients (Ferrero, Bosch).
