It is essential that the Matron has a close, trusting and complementary working relationship with the Housemaster, resident tutor, visiting tutors, boarding and day pupils, parents and guardians. The Matron take a full and active part in the wider life of the School community and to reinforce the ethos of the School from their unique standpoint.
